Business Analyst (US C/ GC H only)

Part-Time Business Analyst who can support US-based stakeholders by translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable deliverables, with disciplined analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities • Run structured discovery with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, goals, and constraints • Document requirements clearly (BRDs/PRDs/user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data definitions) • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Engineering/Product/Operations teams • Support backlog refinement and prioritization by clarifying scope, dependencies, and success criteria • Map and optimize workflows (as-is/to-be), identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements with measurable impact • Coordinate UAT (test cases, execution support, issue triage) and ensure requirements are met before release • Build lightweight reporting/insight summaries (KPIs, dashboards inputs) to support decision-making • Facilitate meetings and maintain documentation hygiene (notes, decisions, action items, change logs) • Communicate progress, risks, and blockers; drive alignment across stakeholders • Work part-time on a predictable schedule and deliver outputs with minimal supervision Required Skills • Proven Business Analyst experience on software or operational improvement initiatives with tangible outcomes • Strong requirements skills (user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, gap analysis) • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Sales, Customer Success) • Strong written communication and documentation discipline (clear, structured, unambiguous) • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to ask the right questions to clarify scope quickly • Basic data literacy (Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus) and ability to reason about KPIs • US citizen or US Green Card holder (required) Preferred Skills • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or IT services environments (consulting, implementations, integrations) • Experience with common BA tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Lucidchart/Miro) when explicitly used • Experience supporting UAT and release cycles in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience with CRM/ERP workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, NetSuite) is a plus • Ability to work asynchronously with distributed teams while keeping stakeholders aligned
