Job Description

The Enterprise Project/Program Senior Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple moderately complex projects or programs. Capable of independent leadership, providing most aspects of project management on moderately complex projects that have a moderate level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages multiple aspects of project/programs of moderate complexity and impact
• Leads problem resolution from identification through resolution
• Engages appropriate resources to resolve problems and identifies contingency plans and alternative solutions as needed
• Leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills
• Drives achievement of projects/program success factors
• Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements
• Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
• Assesses and reports health of all projects in an objective manner, maintaining project transparency and accurate status; keeps management informed

Additional Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of business requirements.

• Utilize Write project management tool effectively to track tasks, assign deliverables, and manage timelines.

• Apply hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing source control, pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
