Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst / Account Manager with 6–7 months of experience to support and manage our growing client base in Germany. This remote role requires a blend of business analysis, Salesforce understanding, and client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams while ensuring strong account ownership and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts in Germany. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for Salesforce solutions. • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation. • Assist in configuring Salesforce features such as reports, dashboards, workflows, and basic automation. • Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Provide user training, onboarding, and post-implementation support. • Track project timelines, deliverables, and communicate regular updates to clients. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services. • Prepare documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and meeting notes. • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client demonstrations. • Proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. • 6–7 months of experience in Business Analysis, CRM support, Account Management, or similar role. • Basic understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred). • Strong communication and presentation skills (English required). • Ability to manage remote work and coordinate across time zones. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. • Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. Preferred (Good to Have) • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or currently pursuing). • Understanding of CRM processes and automation. • Exposure to Agile project environments. • Experience working with international clients.
