Bookkeeper (Entry level, Remote)

The new Bookkeeper (Entry level, remote) will be working together with other team members and have the following responsibilities: • Recording and sending invoices • AR Collection (following up with clients on upcoming payments and overdue balances) • Email and Zoom communication with the Accounting and other Departments within the Company • Working with payment platforms such as Stripe etc. Qualifications • QB Desktop • Microsoft Office (including knowledge in Excel) • G Suite (google spreadsheets) • Reliable – someone who coworkers can depend on • Goal-oriented – strives to achieve tasks and objectives • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks • Self-starter and motivated • Quick learner and fast worker Apply Job!
