If you are unsure whether you meet the qualifications of this position, or how this would be determined, please feel free to contact us to discuss. • * Schilling Cider is an Equal Opportunity Employer ** Primary Responsibilities This role will report to the Director of Administration and will be primarily responsible for: • Creating, submitting, tracking and payment of purchase orders to all of our suppliers • Coordinating with our Beverage and Fulfillment teams with inventory reconciliation • Maintaining regulatory compliance in each distribution state, including license renewals, label submissions and monthly filing requirements • Assist in ad hoc projects as necessary • General office administration duties such as mail distribution, shipping via UPS, ordering supplies, etc. Requirements • Must be 21+ years of age • Must be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 • Minimum 2 years’ experience in general bookkeeping • Proficient in Quickbooks Enterprise • Competent in manipulating Excel spreadsheets • Ability to follow SOPs and aid in developing them • Comfortable prioritizing and handling multiple requests • Skilled in thinking critically and problem solving • Passionate for craft beverages!
