Do you enjoy working with financial data and making sure transactions are correct? We are looking for an independent self-starter to manage multiple priorities and ensure highly accurate books and records. In this role, youll perform general bookkeeping, handle financial transactions & requests, manage the companys financial records. This is a full-time position but would consider part-time. We are located in Ponte Vedra, Florida. This position is not available for remote work. Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping • Strong knowledge of Intermediate Quickbooks and Advanced Excel • Hands-on experience overseeing accounts payable and payroll • Demonstrated background running financial reports and conducting financial analysis • Proven experience working with private company owners • Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency • Strong detail orientation and analytical skills • Bachelors degree or relevant experience required; preferably with significant coursework in accounting Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: • Highly detail-oriented • Highly organized • Filing system creation and maintenance • Accounting skills: • A/P • Bank Reconciliations • Inter-company transactions and journal entries • Class allocations • Fixed assets • Financial Reporting experience • Budgeting • V and X lookup functions • Intermediate PowerPoint Experience • Property management experience Apply tot his job
