Job Description:
• Advise on Meta's payment, credit line application and approval processes
• Help optimise our billing and payment operations across multiple ad accounts
• Provide guidance on entity verification, credit assessments, and monthly invoicing setup
• Share insights on Meta's O2C processes and how to work effectively within them
• Support our team in resolving billing issues and improving client onboarding
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in billing, credit, payment or collections operations related to Meta's advertising platform
• Familiarity with Meta's monthly invoicing/credit line processes
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, ideally within a BPO or shared services environment
• Experience with tools such as SAP, chargeback management systems, or Meta's internal billing platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex processes clearly
