About the position Responsibilities • Collect facts about accidents and investigate claim details. • Collect statements from involved parties. • Provide support and assistance to policyholders throughout the claims process. • Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English. • Adjust to changes quickly and be open to feedback for performance improvement. Requirements • 12+ months of claims liability experience making coverage and liability decisions. • Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Nice-to-haves • An associate's degree or higher (preferred). • Active Adjusters insurance license (preferred).
