Description: World Insurance Employee Benefits Practice providing Payroll and HR solutions via World Payroll and HR team.Lead UKG Ready implementations, gather requirements, administer employee benefits programs, troubleshoot EDI issues, provide user training, maintain documentation, and manage EDI setups and renewals. Requirements: Relevant experience in benefits administration, preferably in an implementation or consulting role.Strong knowledge of benefits administration software and systems, such as Employee Navigator, EASE, and ADP, with preferred experience in UKG Ready (Everything Benefits).Proven project management and problem-solving skills, with a keen focus on attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurance carriers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
