In fact, we've noticed that when you get these things right, the bottom-line results take care of themselves. • *DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Outside B2B sales, focusing primarily on new client acquisition and growing your book of business. • By the end of your first year, you will begin to shift your focus to reservicing existing business accounts and referral-based business. • We provide a customized SalesForce CRM to organize and simplify prospecting and follow-up activities. • We provide classroom and in-the-field training with our top performers. We will help you quickly become an expert at setting up enrollments with small to medium-sized businesses as well as self-employed business owners. • Within your first 30 days, our training process will help you become proficient at setting appointments and enrollments, following up, closing sales, and generating referrals. • *ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS OF WORKING WITH NORTHERN STARS FINANCIAL** • *Leadership Promotions Based on Performance**. From training new agents, to leading local sales teams, or overseeing regional or national sales teams, all promotions are objective and based purely on performance, not time or tenure. • *Robust Training.** You'll receive initial classroom training on fundamentals, followed by in-the-field training where you're shadowing/being shadowed by top producers, and ongoing weekly training covering advanced sales topics. • *Regular Business Reviews and Goal Setting, including 1:1 coaching each week** • *2-3 Incentive Trips per year, both domestically and internationally** • *First-year earnings average between $81,000 - $111,000 (variation due to monthly bonuses).**
