B2B SaaS Account Executive – Warehouse Operations

We’re looking for a performance-driven B2B sales professional to help expand adoption among warehouse operators and 3PL facilities across the U.S. This is a commission-only opportunity with recurring revenue upside and long-term growth potential. What You’ll Be Selling: A product-led, operational SaaS solution designed to replace manual scheduling and coordination workflows inside warehouse environments. The platform is straightforward, easy to adopt, and built for mid-sized facilities. Target buyers: • Warehouse Managers • Operations Directors • Distribution Center leaders • 3PL operators What You’ll Do • Prospect warehouse operators and distribution facilities • Run outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone) • Qualify and guide prospects toward paid subscription • Build and manage your own pipeline This is not heavy enterprise software with long procurement cycles. It’s practical, operational tech with real-world ROI. Compensation Structure Commission-based with recurring upside: • Earn 25% of monthly recurring revenue for the first 12 months • Commission begins after paid conversion and cleared payment • No cap on commissions High-volume potential with strong expansion upside. Ideal Background • B2B SaaS sales experience • Comfortable with outbound prospecting • Experience selling into operations or logistics is a strong plus • Confident working in a performance-based model
