The Author Account Manager assists the account management team in managing relationships with Voices authors. Voices is a platform built for independent authors to upload and manage their finished audiobooks, enabling wide, non-exclusive distribution across a global network of retail, library, and subscription channels—helping authors reach listeners everywhere. In this role, they play a key part in understanding and advocating for the author experience, supporting Voices users, and ensuring their needs are clearly communicated across the team.

What You'll Do
- Support the Author Partnerships Lead in managing relationships with Voices authors.
- Assist with day-to-day account management activities, including ongoing processes for specific author accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams on Voices wide or author specific issue resolution, and escalate to Author Partnerships Lead as needed.
- Manage delivery of small projects for author account management function.
- Acts as the primary interface with the support team in relation to support requests.
- Provide administrative support, including event planning, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support the Voices team with author conferences.
- Lead account management for a portfolio of mid-tier authors, strengthening partnerships to increase engagement, retention, and catalog revenue.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve the Voices platform and author experience.

- Passion for audiobooks, storytelling, and supporting authors.
- Willing and able to travel as needed.
- Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Familiarity with digital medial distribution, particularly audiobooks.
