Associate, Finance and Strategy - Central Ops

Description: • Partner with teams across Finance to shape financial strategy, support executive decision-making, and influence company-wide forecasting and planning • Build and scale financial processes that guide our weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences • Drive improvements in tooling and financial data integrity through collaboration with Data and Systems teams • Own the Weekly Business Review process, surfacing insights to help leaders make operating decisions • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Requirements: • 1-3 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector or well-established company • Experience working on projects that require cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence partners at all levels within an organization • Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills. Able to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn).
