What You’ll Do:
• Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA
• Prepare and file family- and humanitarian-based petitions (VAWA, U visas, etc.) and manage removal defense cases
• Coordinate strategies with a collaborative team of sharp, dedicated professionals
• Draft and review briefs, cover letters, and case filings
• Stay ahead of legal developments and identify solutions to complex issues
• Uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and client care
What You Bring:
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active Bar license (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law (Bonus if you’ve handled humanitarian relief cases)
• Multilingual? Even better (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese are a major plus)
• Strong writing, speaking, and organizational skills
• Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence to serve a diverse client base
• Leadership mindset, business acumen, and relentless drive to serve justice
