About the position As our Area Credit Controller, you will be responsible for implementing credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, receivables are collected in time and losses are kept to a minimum. You'll also ensure that the collection strategy is fit for purpose for the local conditions in alignment with global guidelines, and that the competencies and skills are in place in the relevant parts of the FL to support an effective Finance Order to Cash process. Requirements • 6+ years of progressive and successful commercial credit and collection experience, preferably in the commercial service and construction industry. • Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field, or 6+ years of working experience in a relevant field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of local finance, legal, and tax regulations. • Proficient in SAP, FI, and dispute management solutions. Nice-to-haves • Experience in performance management and setting clear goals. • Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguity and simplify complexity. • Experience in driving change initiatives and building enthusiasm. • Effective in cross-functional coordination and relationship-building. • Capable of leading teams and influencing within a matrix organization.
