Job Description:
Seeking a technical specialist with hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Amazon Connect for a banking contact center. Responsible for setting up contact flows, integrations, security, and troubleshooting. Tech Stack & Tools:
• Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, AWS SDKs (Python, JavaScript, Node)
• Scripting languages: JavaScript, Python
• Security: IAM, KMS, SCM, VPC, Banking Security Governance
• Deploy and configure Amazon Connect instances
• Develop contact flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic
• Integrate with banking systems (CRM, authentication, databases)
• Implement security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC)
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Skills: Amazon Connect, AWS, scripting, security, banking standards
GenAI tools – AWS Bedrock
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect deployment, scripting, and integrations. • Strong understanding of AWS cloud security and compliance standards in banking. • Familiarity with contact center best practices and IVR development. • AWS certifications are preferred.
