About Us:
We’re a Florida-based short-term rental company managing multiple Airbnb and Booking.com listings, as well as long-term rental properties. We handle guest communications, vendor coordination, design tasks, and social media content creation to keep our listings performing at a high standard.
We’re looking for a dedicated, tech-savvy, and reliable remote assistant who can support daily operations with minimal supervision, take ownership of tasks, and help reduce daily back-and-forth by keeping systems, messages, and updates clear, accurate, and up to date.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest messages (Airbnb, Booking.com, and via text) within 1 hour during your shift, ensuring clear and complete communication that minimizes follow-up questions
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, and handymen using our systems, confirming details and closing the loop without needing reminders
• Use Monday.com to track, update, and complete daily tasks so progress is always visible
• Maintain accurate calendar syncs across multiple booking platforms
• Assist with light bookkeeping (matching expenses, organizing receipts) and ensure records are properly updated
• Create simple, on-brand social media content and flyers using Canva (or similar)
• Post flyers and updates to Facebook and Instagram business accounts
• Independently manage social media and marketing tasks within your scheduled shift time
You Are:
• Highly reliable and consistent with your schedule
• Fluent in written English and confident communicating clearly with guests and vendors
• Organized, responsive, and proactive about providing updates rather than waiting to be asked
• Familiar with Airbnb and Booking.com operations
• Able to create visually appealing, on-brand graphics and social media content
• Comfortable using Monday.com, Canva, Google Drive, Stripe, and the Airbnb dashboard
• Someone who takes ownership of tasks and helps streamline operations by reducing unnecessary follow-ups
Must-Have Availability:
• Available to work on weekends
• Must be online during all scheduled work hours and fully focused on this role during shift time (no multitasking with other jobs)

Pay & Perks:
• Fixed monthly rate: $800–$1,000 (based on experience)
• Paid trial period: 4 weeks
