People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join our Waiver Case Management team. This role performs administrative responsibilities to support growing case management teams in several counties.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to have in-office presence
- Responsible for generating correspondence, statistical information, meeting minutes, and other general administrative support to the program
- Partner with the development and maintaining of workplace databases and files and working with the county system
- Create and maintain program files and that information is handled in accordance with company confidentiality standards
- Provide excellent customer service from incoming callers and email inquiries, providing information, taking messages or directing them to the appropriate person
