Accountant & Financial Advisor for E-Commerce Business

Hello, We are a successful 7-figure e-commerce business based in the USA, looking for an experienced Accountant to oversee our bookkeeper and provide financial guidance throughout the year. This role requires someone who understands the complexities of e-commerce accounting, tax planning, and financial strategy to help us optimize our business operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee and review the work of our bookkeeper to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Provide strategic financial guidance, including budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning. • Ensure proper cash flow management and financial reporting. • Assist with tax preparation and compliance with federal and state regulations. • Identify areas for financial improvement and cost savings. • Offer insights into financial strategies to support growth and profitability. • Work closely with the leadership team to support decision-making with financial data. Requirements: • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in an e-commerce or retail business. • Strong understanding of financial statements, tax regulations, and e-commerce financial practices. • Experience working with QuickBooks or other accounting software. • Ability to provide high-level financial strategy and guidance. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
