Description: • Manage financial and regulatory affairs of captive insurance companies • Deliver high quality financial and regulatory reports • Maintain and reconcile General Ledger • Prepare financial statements and tax returns • Conduct client communications and audits • Attend client Board meetings and liaise with third party providers Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; CPA a plus but not required • 2+ years financial accounting experience; direct captive management experience a plus; internships considered for entry level • Insurance accounting and auditing experience preferred • Experience with Excel and financial accounting/general ledger software • Ability to work effectively in team or individually; attention to detail and prioritization skills essential • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel up to 5% domestically as needed Benefits: • Competitive salary • Bonus plan • Generous benefits package • Opportunities for rewarding growth and advancement • Work-life balance • Professional development Apply Job!
