- Validate, cleanse, and remediate customer account data in the UCM (Reltio) platform, ensuring alignment with downstream ERP and CRM systems.
- Execute data entry tasks with a focus on precision, adhering to established validation rules and business logic.
- Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions in partnership with data owners.
Sales Operations Support
- Process customer account requests (new accounts, modifications, deletions) within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate quarter‑end and month‑end activities, guaranteeing that account data is ready for reporting and financial close.
- Act as a liaison between sales, service, and order management teams to resolve data‑related issues swiftly.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Projects
- Serve as a bridge across functional teams—sales, finance, IT, and compliance—to troubleshoot complex account problems.
