You will work closely with our clients to provide solutions for their pet insurance needs, optimize sales, and improve customer retention. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies * Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently * Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times * Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our pet insurance products * Build strong knowledge of products and services offered **Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills** * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years of sales experience * Proven attendance reliability * Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends * Current active resident property and casualty insurance license – General P&C, NOT Personal Lines – in a minimum of 25 to 50 states * Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment **Preferred Qualifications** * Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment * Insurance industry sales experience * Service industry and/or Contact Center experience * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines * Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills * Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills * Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections * Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail * Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines * Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $20 * 100% remote position with a flexible schedule * Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, plus one week of nesting * Flex schedule between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday, one weekend a month on a rotating schedule * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Work environment and company culture highlights at blithequark * Compensation, perks, and benefits that support your well-being and success **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
