About the Role We're seeking a driven Entry-Level Business Development Representative & Customer Success Associate who is eager to launch their sales career in the exciting intersection of technology and venture capital. This role offers comprehensive exposure to the entire customer lifecycle, from prospect engagement to customer success, and provides a unique opportunity to play a key role in company growth. What You'll Do As a Business Development Representative & Customer Success Associate, you'll have the chance to: Conduct compelling product demos for warm leads, showcasing the power of blithequark's technology Set up and manage new customer accounts for seamless handoff to account executives Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring they get the most out of our platform Build relationships with fund managers and investment professionals, understanding their needs and preferences Leverage AI tools to optimize sales and customer success processes, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry Take initiative on process improvements and growth opportunities, driving innovation and progress within the company What Sets the Candidate Apart We're looking for someone who: Is hungry to learn and grow in their sales career, with a passion for the venture capital ecosystem Communicates with clarity and confidence, able to articulate complex ideas to various audiences Is exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple priorities, juggling multiple tasks with ease Works hard and takes ownership of their results, driving success and accountability Is self-directed and thrives with autonomy, taking initiative without waiting to be asked Is a natural problem-solver who finds creative solutions, thinking outside the box to overcome challenges Has experience with or genuine interest in AI applications, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations Is passionate about startups and the venture capital ecosystem, with a desire to make a meaningful impact Why This Role Is Special This position offers incredible growth potential in a startup environment, with opportunities to advance to an account executive role or explore other areas of the company.
