Responsibilities Execute the full application development cycle for the department’s business applications and automation processes Perform system development for information technology systems using all phases of the System Development Life Cycle and following industry-standard development and security practices Skills Eligibility for the position Experience in executing the full application development cycle for business applications and automation processes Knowledge of all phases of the System Development Life Cycle Familiarity with industry-standard development and security practices Experience in Software Engineering, System Engineering, or Business Technology Management domains Completion of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 Submission of a resume Submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes specific details and examples demonstrating qualifications for the position Ability to manage and prioritize various projects simultaneously and effectively Submission of a copy of transcript or diploma if using education to meet minimum qualifications Verification of United States course/degree equivalency for foreign education Completion of the STD 678 State Application with dates, duties, responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors Company Overview California Public Utilities Commission empowers California through access to safe, clean, and utility services and infrastructure.
