The In Force Associate plays a critical role in supporting the administration and servicing of insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing of policy changes and delivering high-quality client service. Responsibilities Process in force policy changes and regular and ongoing maintenance Facilitate Advisory Team revenue and commission changes Generate fiscal year end summaries for corporate insurance policies Handle notices received from insurance carriers and communicate relevant details to the Advisory Team Manage policy documents (e.g. scan mail and save to client file, prepare and mail policy contracts) Participate in cross-functional team meetings and collaborate on projects with members of the Advisory Services team to improve processes across teams Deliver a high level of personalized, end-to-end, client service to internal and external clients Answer queries in a timely and solutions-based manner Coordinate operational tasks aligning to MGA responsibilities Other relevant and related responsibilities, as assigned and as the needs of the organization change Skills 1+ years' experience in a client facing role in the financial services industry Completion of, or in the process of obtaining, Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) You are proficient with systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook You are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer Permanent and Term Life insurance, Critical Illness, Disability Insurance, or Long Term Care Insurance is preferred Benefits Competitive performance bonus RRSP contribution Participation in our profit-sharing program Participating in our profit sharing and benefit programs on day one Opportunity to participate in our share ownership program Company Overview Founded in 1994, Nicola Wealth Management Ltd (Nicola Wealth) has over 30 years of investment management experience and has navigated through numerous market cycles, economic downturns, and geopolitical events.
