Help Desk Support Specialist - Initial Response Team Salary: $37,440 - 43,680 per year At LEFCON, LLC we are looking for a Support engineer! ️ Our tech stack: Support Rquirements: - A strong commitment to problem-solving and developing solutions while being able to articulate issues and suggest solutions to both technical and non-technical clients. - Prior experience in a Help Desk role is essential. - Familiarity with ticketing systems and various vendor solutions is necessary. - A+ certification is highly preferred. - Exceptional time management abilities are crucial for success in this position. ‍ ‍ Your responsibilities are: - Oversee the daily support tickets generated by our clients. - Engage in troubleshooting for desktops and printers. - Handle daily support tasks, including creating and resolving tickets. - Address issues from start to finish, escalating tickets as appropriate while adhering to best practices. - Maintain a thorough understanding of LEFCON technologies, hosted applications, and services. - Manage multiple tickets simultaneously. - Contribute to the development of documentation, knowledge bases, and best practice guides. - Effectively communicate technical information to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
