Immediate hiring for "Quality Improvement Specialist" in Texas ! Job Description: • Call provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses, and collect medical records for the HEDIS project. • Perform data entry of change of addresses into the system. • Upload records upon receipt. • Document all outreach efforts. • Run reports and work with MS Excel.
