Hallmark Healthcare Solutions, Inc (HHCS) is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to effectively lead the implementation of Heisenberg II product for clients. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, this role will be directly engaging with clients to ensure the deliverables are within the applicable scope and also coordinate with other teams within HII to ensure smooth Go-live of the project. HHCS is undergoing a rapid growth and the Healthcare Project Manager will play a key role in implementing and supporting our product use by the clients. Job Responsibilities include: • Understand the complete provider compensation solution (Heisenberg II solution) • Take part in client scoping visits, document scoping response and any further questions for a follow up • Develop the final project scope and get client sign off for new rollouts • Create, maintain and update the requirements tracker to reflect any new scope changes • Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies to ensure the project critical decisions are taken ahead of time • Conduct elaborate knowledge transfer sessions to pass on the complete client requirements with all the necessary documents to the technical team • Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts • Coordinating with the necessary internal resources to successfully complete the scope of work on time and with quality • Design the roll out approach including complete testing and training schedules and communicate to the client • Create training documents and update user manuals to match the scope • Manage all client queries pre and post Go-Live. Co-ordinate and facilitate meetings with clients on an on-going basis • Processing any new project change requests • Manage ongoing work activities including multiple client requests • Evaluate and implements ways to improve system performance Required Qualifications • Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or Project Management role in the Healthcare domain • Healthcare industry experience required: Experience in provider compensation is preferred but not required • Analytical skills required: must be comfortable with math, formulas, and Excel • Ability to perform compensation calculations and interpret data • Ability to lead client discussions • Experience coordinating meetings and managing documentation • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment • Ability to manage projects with minimum supervision, deal with ambiguity, multitask and maintain tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and proven track record of working collaboratively to improve customer experience • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences that includes delivery leads, developers and business analysts. • Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote in United States Compensation range: Base salary range $100k-120k, 5% bonus Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Unlimited paid time off • HSA company contributions • 401k Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
