Job Opening: Google Cloud Technical Architect at AO Teams AO Teams is excited to announce a new opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Google Cloud Technical Architect. This full-time position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, allowing the right candidate to work from anywhere while leveraging the power of cloud technology to architect Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Workspace, and Chrome. If you are looking to push the boundaries of cloud architecture and contribute to groundbreaking projects, this role is for you. The successful candidate will report directly to the AO Teams Product Director and hold significant responsibilities in internal build operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the architecture that supports our innovative cloud solutions, ensuring they meet rigorous standards and align with strategic business goals. Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver highly reliable and scalable reference architectures specifically tailored for cloud platforms. • Support the creation and submission of RFPs (Request for Proposals) to secure new business engagements and projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints. • Analyze existing cloud structures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and integration enhancements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud architecture and technology. • Develop strategic plans for the infrastructure and frameworks that support automation and scaling of the organizational processes. • Implement best practices for cloud security, ensuring compliance and safeguarding system integrity. • Lead and mentor junior architects and developers, providing guidance on industry standards and technological challenges. • Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency in the use of cloud technologies within the company. • Conduct and participate in regular reviews with stakeholders, updating on project progress and aligning strategic objectives with technological solutions. • Maintain responsibility for project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they align with business goals and partners' expectations. Requirements • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • At least five years of experience in systems architecture, with a strong focus on cloud technologies. • Proven record of working in SaaS, Venture Capital, BPO, or BPaaS environments. • Experience in FinTech or with Big 4 public accounting firms, Investment Banking, or exposure to high-scale AI/ML products. • Previous roles should involve similar scale responsibilities and the capacity to handle complex architectural projects. • Google Cloud Architect Certification is highly preferred. • Proficiency with tools such as GCP and Jira. • A history of delivering at least two reference architectures in previous roles. • Ability to produce a demo environment that is ready for live presentations. • Strong understanding of P&L and the ability to align forecasts with actual revenues, adhering to partner compliance standards.
