The RNMKR Commerce Managing Director will oversee this entire ecosystem, scaling Tyle while identifying and executing strategic acquisitions in the fashion, beauty, and shopping space. Following our Hub and Spoke Private Equity Model, you'll be instrumental in both scaling our AI-powered social shopping platform and acquiring complementary companies to drive exponential value. The platform has already demonstrated significant momentum: • Complete mobile prototype developed and tested • Platform V1 member funnel built and validated • Elite team of industry operators assembled • Full support from RNMKR Operating Partners & network • Product-market fit validated through beta testing Our leadership team includes: • Founder: Serial entrepreneur with 4 successful exits, $30 million in capital raised, and experience launching the marketing firm of LeBron James • Operating Partners: Elite group of founders and executives with multiple exits in the fashion, beauty, and media sectors. • Senior Advisors: Former CMO of Soho House, former President of Playboy Media, founder of the top modeling agency in the UK, founder of one of the top talent agencies in the US, and others. About The Role • Lead capital raising initiatives and manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, influencers, celebrities, and syndicates • Oversee M&A strategy and execution, including identification and evaluation of potential acquisitions • Structure and manage investment vehicles and SPVs • Develop and execute financial strategy, planning, and operations • Partner with the founding team to drive overall business strategy and growth About You • Seasoned professional with significant experience in private equity, M&A, and/or investment banking • MBA from top-tier institution and/or equivalent experience in finance • Proven track record of successful capital raises and deal execution • Extensive network within financial and investment communities • Passionate about fashion, beauty, social commerce, and digital innovation • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities • Exceptional communication skills • Experience managing investment vehicles Comp Package • Market-base base salary • Market-based performance bonuses (Post fundraising) • Meaningful equity stake with additional incentives (Post fundraising) To apply, please send your cover letter and resume to [email protected] with the subject line "RNMKR Commerce Managing Director”.
