Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Vice President, Platform Product Management to join our team, responsible for driving the digital transformation and growth of our Global Benefits Platform. As a key member of the Global Cardholder Services team, you will play a critical role in connecting our services with partners in travel, insurance, and beyond, to deliver a seamless digital experience for our customers and cardholders. Key Responsibilities Own the digital transformation strategy and 3-5 year roadmap to enhance capabilities and deliver short- and long-term innovations for the Global Benefits Platform Lead the digital enablement of benefits and insurance products, partnering with Technologies and key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize, and execute globally and across regions Ensure the success of the Global Benefits Platform, aligning initiatives with global and regional goals, developing and collecting requirements, conducting UAT testing, and preparing for release with documentation and training of users Build, deliver, and rollout a new Cardholder Services orchestration layer in partnership, including managing the product roadmap and ensuring seamless integration with relevant Mastercard assets Accountable for the customer experience (CX) of Cardholder Services products, partnering with the Loyalty CX team to drive excellence and ensure customer satisfaction Oversight of the Global Services product roadmap, revenue growth, and alignment with GCCM, ensuring strategic objectives are met and exceeded Represent Cardholder Services products across shared service providers in Mastercard, ensuring clear understanding of CHS needs and communicating regularly with Operational Excellence Partner across Loyalty, Data & Services, and Product & Engineering organizations to identify synergies, create efficiencies, and drive shared objectives, such as CX, APIs, capabilities, and more Commercialize digital benefits enablement, including sales materials, case studies, and partnership with the Business Development team to drive sales and support customer engagements Gather ongoing customer feedback and needs assessment to ensure outstanding CX and inform product development and strategy Align with Privacy and Legal to ensure continual agreement and compliance, upholding the highest standards of data protection and regulatory adherence Essential Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital product management or strategy development, with a proven track record of success and impact Digital product management experience with a passion for excellence, and a strong understanding of technology solutions that can connect partners to deliver solutions, such as APIs, Web Hosted/View, Tokenization, and SSO Outstanding team leader with strong skills to attract, develop, and retain top talent, and a compassionate approach to people leadership Critical thinker with the ability to question the status quo, drive change, and innovate, with a strong executive communication skills and the ability to present ideas and adapt communication for diverse stakeholders across the Mastercard matrix Experience with analytics and creating/tracking metrics, with the ability to prioritize based on impact and alignment to Cardholder Services objectives Effective external vendor negotiation and management skills, with the ability to manage P&L and expenses effectively, and create business cases for new investments Preferred Qualifications Preferred location in O'Fallon, St. Louis Office, although remote work arrangements are available Domain experience and understanding of the payments industry, with a strong network and relationships within the sector Experience working in a global organization, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to navigate complex matrix structures Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and deliver business results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Mastercard, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, offering a range of opportunities for learning, training, and career advancement.
