Experienced Truck Dispatchers Needed (Philippines-Based Only)
WE’RE HIRING: 2 TRUCK DISPATCHERS (FULL-TIME) (Office Hours + After-Hours / Overnight Coverage) We’re looking for highly experienced Truck Dispatchers to support a U.S.-based logistics and trucking operation. These are critical roles that require strong communication, coordination, and real-time problem-solving skills. Role 1: Truck Dispatcher (Office Hours) Role 2: Truck Dispatcher (After-Hours / 24-Hour Coverage) ✨ Key Responsibilities: ✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls ✅ Sell and book loads / rides ✅ Assign and dispatch loads to drivers ✅ Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules ✅ Provide drivers with complete trip details ✅ Monitor trips from pick-up to destination ✅ Update broker every 3–4 hours ✅ Provide ETA updates + report breakdowns/issues ✅ Chat support + load board coordination ✨ Non-Negotiables: ✔️ Minimum 3 years truck dispatching experience ✔️ Excellent spoken & written English ✔️ Strong multitasking + problem-solving skills ✔️ Comfortable with real-time coordination ✔️ Can work independently with minimal training ✔️ Reliable, organized & detail-oriented ⏰ Work Setup: • Full-time (40 hrs/week) • One role during office hours • One role for after-hours / overnight / 24-7 coverage ⚡ Hiring URGENTLY How to Apply: Attach a 1-minute voice recording (introduce your dispatching experience) to your proposal Only EXPERIENCED truck dispatchers will be considered.
