About the Role The arenaflex Customer Solutions Sales team is a growth engine for our clients, focused on delivering customer success by bringing the best arenaflex has to offer. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, leading a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. Ability to achieve goals to drive growth. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $129,000-$191,000, bonus, equity, and benefits.
