Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability. Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Perform data entry tasks in various platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Utilize excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and support. Multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet productivity and quality standards. Essential Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field (not required but preferred). Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and other productivity software. Excellent time management and administrative abilities with a keen focus on detail. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote work environment or with a similar company. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other data entry platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
