Your key duties will include: * Handling customer and patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism * Processing medical and prescription claims accurately and efficiently * Responding to medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries promptly and professionally * Assisting patients in navigating medical insurance verification and exploring payment options to fulfill their requirements **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer and patient inquiries with empathy while processing medical and prescription claims * Offer accurate information to patients regarding their prescriptions and pharmacy offerings * Respond to medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries promptly and professionally * Assist patients in navigating medical insurance verification and explore payment options to fulfill their requirements * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality service **Required Skills** * Strong communication abilities coupled with a compassionate approach to customer service * Experience in processing medical and prescription claims * Familiarity with medical insurance and billing inquiries is advantageous * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and telecommunication systems **Qualifications** * At least one year of experience within a healthcare or medical call center environment is required * Preference will be given to candidates who are knowledgeable in benefit verification and prior authorization processes * Understanding of medical benefits, medical insurance, and prescriptions is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory **Education Requirements** * A verifiable high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory **Career Growth Opportunities** This position offers avenues for professional development and advancement within arenaflex, supported by a flexible and encouraging work culture.
