Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Opening checking and savings accounts, maintaining customer accounts, and helping resolve disputes. Referring customers to loan officers or other financial specialists as needed. Recording transactions, counting and packaging currency, and reconciling cash drawers. Promoting Blithequark's products and services, including safe deposit boxes, and encouraging customers to take advantage of our offerings. Communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and customers via phone, email, and in-person. Performing various receptionist, secretarial, and clerical duties to support the smooth operation of our branch. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you should possess: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term relationships. Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain customer accounts. Multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior banking experience, with a focus on customer service, sales, or operations. Work Schedule As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will work: Monday - Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday mornings: 8:45 AM - 11:30 AM Compensation and Benefits Blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, including: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
