Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Sales and Checkout: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers. Customer Service Best Practices: Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Operations: Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, take inventory, and implement company asset protection procedures. Product Knowledge: Develop working knowledge of store systems, equipment, and products to provide excellent customer service. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with photo services, web pick-up responsibilities, exterior and interior maintenance, and complete special assignments as needed. Essential Qualifications Previous Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
