Our team of experts is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible and driving innovation in the industry. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based data analytics platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather and analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. Your expertise in data engineering, cloud computing, and data analytics will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization and help us achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather and analyze large, complex data sets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements * Identify, design, and implement interior process upgrades, including re-designing systems for greater flexibility, improving data delivery, and automating manual processes * Develop required frameworks for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies * Assemble logical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing significant insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition * Collaborate with partners, including data, design, product, and leadership teams, to address data-related technical issues * Work with partners, including the Chief, Product, Data, and Configuration teams, to support their data system needs while addressing data-related technical issues * Produce or modify equipment and technology to meet customer needs * Perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Strong understanding of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, methods, tools, and equipment to the design and production of various products and labor * Knowledge of design strategies, tools, and standards associated with the creation of accurate technical plans, drawings, and models * Ability to use reason and logic to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future critical thinking and direction * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize complex issues and explore related data to create and assess solutions and execute plans * Ability to recognize when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong, without necessarily solving the problem * Ability to combine pieces of information to form overall principles or conclusions (includes finding a relationship between seemingly unrelated events) * Ability to move back and forth between at least two activities or sources of information (such as speech, sounds, contact, or other sources) * Ability to organize things or activities in a specific order or sequence according to a particular rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, numerical tasks) * Ability to recognize or identify a known pattern (a figure, object, word, or sound) that is hidden in other distracting material **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms and big data technologies * Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize complex issues and explore related data to create and assess solutions and execute plans * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and processes * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
