About the Role As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering top-notch customer service and sales experiences to our valued customers. With your exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge, and passion for customer satisfaction, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is memorable and impactful. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns about installation, disconnection, or changes to service. Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through active listening, utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers. Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Respond to customer requests about blithequark products and services, providing detailed information and solutions. Verify service order accuracy and completeness, making corrections and changes as needed. Negotiate the collection of overdue bills, working collaboratively with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts, as determined by the needs of the business. Manage various systems and work tools while engaging with customers on the phone. What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a consultative salesperson, you should be energized by meeting sales goals and building strong relationships with customers. You should be able to juggle multiple priorities, diffuse sensitive situations, and take ownership of customer concerns. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proven track record of success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with detail and precision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and disputes. Preferred Qualifications: Customer service call center experience. Previous collections experience. Experience with selling products and services. Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.
