Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Data Scientist to join our team as a Netflix Content Tagger Remote. In this role, you'll lead the experimentation efforts for Ads Platform, working autonomously to identify and pursue research with significant business impact. You'll cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders from product, engineering, operations, design, and client studies, driving business outcomes and implications for our users. Requirements and Qualifications Advanced Degree: Hold an advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Leadership Experience: Have leadership (staff level) experience with large-scale data, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functionally, work independently, and provoke others. Statistical Knowledge: Possess strong statistical knowledge and intuition, with experience in experimentation or other product analytics settings. Product Knowledge: Have strong product knowledge and intuition, with experience in client/consumer interface settings or internally serving technical audiences, including engineers. Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to communicate and drive product change across a wide range of stakeholders. Technical Skills: Possess strong SQL skills and quantitative programming abilities in Python or R.
