About the Role As an Entry Level Manager at Culver's of Port Saint Lucie, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, leading and developing our team, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy. You'll be responsible for: Running shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service Demonstrating positive and effective role modeling for team members Supporting the development of a high-performing team, leading as coach and mentor Maintaining compliance with operational and food safety procedures Performing restaurant opening and closing procedures effectively Performing and understanding managerial functions with the POS system Responsible for restaurant cash management Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for shift based on current restaurant sales Holding team accountable for following proper uniform standards, grooming, and jewelry guidelines Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A "can do" attitude and a passion for leadership Strong communication and organization skills A genuine, smiling personality and a positive attitude 1-2 years of restaurant experience (preferred) Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Alignment with our core values: Be Dependable, Have a Great Attitude, Respect All People, Work When You're Here, Communicate, and Pursue Perfection Preferred Qualifications While not required, having: Leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in the restaurant industry Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations will give you a competitive edge.
