Research Bills of Lading and other relevant documents to facilitate data entry and account processing. Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to quality standards. Demonstrate an open-minded attitude towards constructive feedback and implement suggestions for improvement. Be flexible and willing to undergo cross-training in other departments to support company objectives. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Engage in overtime as necessary, within the framework of company policies. Essential and Preferred Qualifications While prior data entry experience is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite for this role. We're committed to providing full training to the right candidate. To be considered, you must: Be located in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi, or Alabama. Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Have access to high-speed internet. Demonstrate high attention to detail and organizational skills. Be capable of working independently in a remote setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will: Be proficient in using computer applications and have basic typing skills. Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
