About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance on our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include answering and making customer calls, providing step-by-step assistance, and resolving any product or application issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for managing social media advertising and engagement, which will require you to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer and make customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing sound judgement and decision-making skills. Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with both customers and team members through positive, friendly, and professional communication. Manage social media advertising and engagement, creating and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
