As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll become a trusted advisor to our customers, owning the success of the partnership and helping them achieve their objectives. You'll be responsible for demonstrating the value of our solutions, advocating for customer outcomes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of each account in your portfolio, building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Acquire a deep knowledge of blithequark's products and value proposition, enabling you to effectively communicate the benefits to customers. Monitor account health and relevant KPIs to ensure continued adoption, alignment with customer objectives, and early identification of churn risk. Develop and present strategic success plans that clearly deliver on customer expectations, driving retention and expansion. Be highly organized, with strong CRM and territory management skills, to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Participate in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews, presenting progress on key success criteria and ensuring alignment with customer objectives. Act as the primary point-of-contact for customers, leveraging internal teams to resolve concerns and enhance the customer experience. Facilitate blithequark customer onboarding, training, and initial user setup, ensuring seamless adoption and successful implementation. Meet retention and sales targets on a quarterly basis, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualities. Here are the essential qualifications: 4+ years in account management or customer success, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and business growth. 2+ years' experience selling additional products and services to existing accounts, demonstrating your ability to upsell and cross-sell. Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and drive business outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner through verbal and written forms. Strong active listening skills, with a desire and knowledge to understand and solve for customer needs. Experience strategically consulting customers, creating success plans, and achieving their desired outcomes. A history of exceeding retention and expansion quotas, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. A passion for your work, a commitment to excellence, and a desire for continuous improvement. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a bias for action and a results-oriented approach. Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines. A willingness to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while also being a strong collaborator who can build trust and contribute to the success of the team.
