You'll be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, entering information into databases, preparing and sending documents, and ensuring compliance standards are met. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with your team to resolve issues and identify strategies for reducing errors. **Key Responsibilities** * Make and receive phone calls to support external and internal stakeholders * Enter information into databases, such as a call log, for effective record keeping * Prepare and send documents via DocuSign or email * Ensure the proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system * Assist customers in returning documents * Manage DocuSign accounts and support issues from the operations staff and customers * Ensure all compliance standards are met for audit purposes * Timesheet reviewing and time tracking * Accurately and efficiently complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies * Work with your team leader to identify strategies for reducing errors * Collaborate with your team to resolve rejected timesheet issues **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required * Associate degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of DocuSign and document management systems * Experience working in a call center or similar environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
