As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in influencing generic utilization, therapy changes, and providing education to patients. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while maintaining our company's reputation for high-quality service.
