As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and support departments to resolve customer issues and achieve performance goals. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
