Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements.
