We're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth, creativity, and critical thinking. **Job Description** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Math Learning Center. You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, while also contributing to the development of our digital marketing strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Positively interact with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering inquiries * Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program * Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities * Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews * Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels * Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks **Qualifications:** * Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching * Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra * 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task efficiently * Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills * Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable * Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment * Access to ongoing training and development programs, including online and in-center training * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and critical thinking * Our Math Learning Center is a dynamic and supportive environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential * We're a team-oriented organization that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour * Base compensation, commission, and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment * Access to ongoing training and development programs, including online and in-center training * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for math education, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
