Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network. Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions. Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services. Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED. One or more years of work experience. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Experience working in a commission-based environment (a plus!). Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (a plus!). Customer service experience (a plus!).
